2. Service Object

These terms govern the provision of web page design and development services, including landing pages, by the owner.

3. Contracting Process

The contracting process is carried out as follows:

  1. The client requests a quote through the contact form or WhatsApp.
  2. A detailed quote with the project scope is sent.
  3. The client accepts the quote and makes payment according to agreed conditions.
  4. Project development begins according to the established process.

4. Delivery Times

Indicated delivery times are estimates and depend on:

  • Project complexity and scope
  • Availability of material provided by the client (texts, images, logo)
  • Client response time during review phases

The standard 72-hour timeframe applies once all necessary material is received and for standard complexity projects.

5. Revisions and Changes

  • The service includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
  • Additional rounds cost €50 each.
  • Response time: We commit to implementing requested changes within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt.
  • Changes must be communicated clearly and in detail in writing.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment conditions:

  • Project payment is made according to conditions agreed in the quote.
  • Prices do not include VAT unless expressly indicated.

Refund policy:

  • Hosting and domain: Once the hosting and/or domain period (annual) is contracted, these payments are non-refundable in case of service cancellation by the client.
  • Design/development services: If the client cancels before delivery of the first design, 50% of the amount will be refunded. Once the first design is delivered, no refunds will apply.
  • Annual maintenance: Annual maintenance payment is non-refundable once the period has started.

7. Work Ownership

  • Once full project payment is completed, the client acquires ownership of the design and code developed specifically for their project.
  • The owner reserves the right to use the work as a reference in their portfolio, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Third-party libraries, frameworks and tools used maintain their respective licenses.

8. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary material (texts, images, logo) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to information and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide necessary access (domain, hosting if applicable).
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to morals and public order.

9. Limitation of Liability

The owner will not be liable for:

  • Commercial or conversion results of the website.
  • Content provided by the client.
  • Problems arising from third-party services (external hosting, domains).
  • Indirect or consequential losses.

10. Contract Termination

The contract may be terminated by:

  • Mutual agreement of the parties.
  • Breach of obligations by either party.
  • Force majeure preventing service provision.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of [TO BE COMPLETED - City].

12. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated and will take effect for new projects.
